I am going to post a blog every time I make another dollar.

That's hard-earned pay, right there.
Mhm.
Just kidding, really.

I've noticed since the beginning of Junior year that a lot of people hype up about high school like it is the best thing ever. Attention: WRONG-O. Honestly, I cannot wait to get out of high school and in to college. Freshman and Sophomore year were alright, but God, get me out of here.

I swear, they should force teenagers to be home-schooled. Hormones are at their peak; people are "discovering" who they really are; having hundreds of these people crammed into a relatively small building...you'd think that we would prepare better for ultimate destruction. I mean, really, we kind of develop who we are in high school. You'd think that if you skip all the bullshit, you'd have a lot nicer of a population.

The using, the grades, the parents, the friends, the back-stabbers, the teachers, the authority figures, the rules, the sex drive, the hormones, the druggies, the alcoholics, the cliques, the poor, the rich, the loved, the lost, the money, the everything else a typical high-schooler could potentially encounter.

The people, the places, the things, the pain and the joy.

Welcome to High school, kid.

Edit--WOW. I just realized how negative I sound. Sorry! :-P

It's because of the movies. All those misleading movies.

When they started high school, high school kids were more matured than the high school kids are now.

Let the youth have their cake I say. Sophomore year was probably my best. This year is great- don't get me wrong. But things aren't as simple as back then.

Mm, if people got homeschooled during the time they would go to high school, a lot of them would probably stay kind of close-minded. High school isn't great, but it does broaden your views... a little.

I think probably that if everyone was forced to be homeschooled, the same things would still happen, outside of schooling hours. I mean, people would still want to do sports, or theater things, or other things that require interaction, and the same kinds of alliances and enemies and crap that goes on in highschool will form.

But then I suppose everyone would be hanging out with people who enjoy the same things as them, and might get along better. Hmm.
